3.1. We offer support in understanding court procedures and assist in the preparation of draft legal documents.
3.2. Our services are limited to administrative assistance and draft document drafting.
3.3. We do not provide legal advice or represent clients in court. - No Legal Advice
4.1. Lips Ai is not a law firm, and our team members are not qualified lawyers.
4.2. We do not provide any form of legal advice or opinion on the merits of your case.
4.3. You are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal advice from a qualified professional for any legal matters. - Use of Artificial Intelligence
5.1. We utilize artificial intelligence (Ai) tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our document drafting and administrative support services.
5.2. While Ai assists in processing information and improving our services, it is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
5.3. You acknowledge that Ai-generated content will require human review and verification which should be done by you the client.
5.4. We are committed to the responsible and ethical use of Ai in our services. - Disclaimer of Liability
6.1. By using our services, you acknowledge that Lips Ai is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
6.2. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on our assistance, including Ai-generated content.
6.3. Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.- 6.4. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for our services.
- Client Responsibilities
7.1. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.
7.2. You must independently verify any information or documents we assist in preparing.
7.3. You agree to use our services at your own risk and judgment. - Fees and Payment
8.1. Our fees are initially £299, payable in advance.
8.2. All payments must be made before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8.3. We reserve the right to modify our fees with reasonable notice. - Confidentiality and Data Protection
9.1. We respect your privacy and will keep all information provided by you confidential, except as required by law.
9.2. We comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
9.3. Our use and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. - Intellectual Property
10.1. All intellectual property rights in our services, including AI-generated content, remain the property of Litigant in Person Ltd. (Patent Pending GB2416546.6.)
10.2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the documents we prepare for your personal use only. - Termination
11.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
11.2. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination. - Dispute Resolution
12.1. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiations.
12.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to participate in mediation before resorting to litigation.
12.3. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. - Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. - Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. - Entire Agreement
