Producing a Defence:

Step 1: Pay our fee. Either choose to pay in full or pay over 3 months.

Step 2: Fill Out the Online Form – Provide your case details and upload relevant documents. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions along the way.

Step 3: We Receive Your Version of What Happened – We then draft your defence and add relevant legislation and past case law, we then produce your draft documents.

Step 4: Review Your Defence – You read through the draft defence provided by us and make necessary adjustments yourself.

Step 5: Submit to Court – Once you have reviewed the draft defence and are satisfied with it, you can confidently submit it to court. We will provide you with instructions on how to do this.

Making a Claim:

Step 1: Pay our fee. Either choose to pay in full or pay over 3 months.

Q1: Are you a law firm?

A: No, we are not solicitors.

Q2: How quickly can I receive my documents?

A: Typically, you will receive your defence or claim within 2 business days after submitting all required information although on request we can do this in 1 day.

Q3: Is my information secure?

A: Yes, we use secure encryption methods to protect your data and ensure your privacy.

Q4: What if I need additional help?

A: We charge our standard fee for additional help.

Q5: Can you represent me in court?

A: No, we prepare your defence or claim documents, but representation in court must be done by you or a qualified Solicitor or McKenzie friend (A friend who speaks on your behalf).

Q6: What types of cases do you not handle?

A: We do not handle criminal cases, nor do we handle any cases referring to family law (Divorce), or immigration. We also cannot act in what are known as Reserved Legal Activities:

  • Reserved instrument activities: Preparing certain legal documents, particularly related to property transactions.
  • Probate activities (Wills) : Preparing legal documents relating to grants of probate.
  • Notarial activities: Certifying documents in a notarial capacity.
  • Administration of oaths: Taking oaths or affirmations.
